パレスチナは古来から綿織物や絹織物が盛んで、豊かな織物文化が育まれていました。
パレスチナ・アマルでは、代々その地に受け継がれるパレスチナ刺繍や織物を中心に革製品や陶器、ガラス工芸など
職人たちが熟練の技をほどこした、手作りの伝統工芸品をお届けいたします。
国連パレスチナ難民救済事業機関の刺繍プロジェクト「Sulafa」。社会的に弱い立場にある約300人のガザの難民女性が作り手です。
Sulafa is working within the UNITED NATIONS to help and support low income 300 Palestinian refugee women to earn their living and give them the chance to help their families.

Last kuffieh is made by old Japanese looms at the only textile factory in Palestine.
